Affiliations & Accreditation
As a certified third party laboratory, CTLGroup-Qatar has been involved in various accreditation and affiliation programs with local and international institutes as listed below. We continuously strive to meet the latest standards and requirements of such institutes especially QGOSM, ASHGHAL and IAS. Likewise, we are enrolled in a registration program to become an approved vendor for other governmental or semi-governmental institutes such as Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Gas, RasGas, Civil Defense, Q-Rail, KAHRAMAA, Qatar Olympic Authority, Municipality of Doha, Qatar foundation, Port of Qatar, Supreme Council of the Heritage (FIFA) as well as several ministries.
MOE / QGOSM Certified
As part of our accreditation process, CTLGroup-Qatar has been certified by Qatar General Organization for Standardization (QGOS) for meeting the General Requirements for Materials Testing Laboratories and is thus certified to perform Physical & Mechanical Testing of Soil, Aggregates & Concrete as well as chemical testing for asphalt, Cement and Concrete Materials (Category A).
International Accreditation Criteria for Testing
CTLGroup-Qatar has also met the requirements of AC89, IAS Accreditation Criteria for Testing Laboratories, and has demonstrated compliance with ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2005, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. This organization is accredited to provide the services specified in the scope of accreditation maintained on the IAS website.
US Army Corps of Engineers
CTL Group USA Quality Management System satisfies the requirements by the US Army Corps of Engineers material test methods. CTLGroup-USA is authorized to perform several tests related to various construction materials such as aggregates, grout, cement, concrete, mortar and masonry.
Service Life Prediction Software
STADIUM® (Software for Transport and Degradation in Unsaturated Materials) is a service life modeling software that helps in assessing concrete durability for various existing structures such as bridges, buildings and marine structures. CTLGroup USA is a certified laboratory which provides testing services used in the STADIUM® software and is also an authorized company that utilizes the software.
National Ready Mixed Concrete Association
