General Manager - CTL Group Qatar
Mr. Said holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Lebanese American University and an MBA degree from London Business School. He has 17+ years of experience in the engineering and contracting industry with focus on condition assessment and repairs of old and deteriorated infrastructure facilities, building materials and concrete technology, construction of fast track projects and infrastructure management solutions.

Mahmoud Shboul
Lab Manager - CTL Group Qatar
Mr. Shboul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). He has attended numerous training courses and acquired several certificates related concrete testing, inspection and quality control. Mr. Shboul oversees the day-to-day activities of the laboratory and has been involved in several initiatives related to quality assurance and control programs such as NRMCA Programs.

Nemr El Hamra
Business Development Manager - CTL Group Qatar
Mr. Hamra oversees all sales and business development works at CTLGroup-Qatar. He has around 8 years of experience in testing and instrumentation field and has been involved in more than 100 projects related to investigations, testing and assessment for various infrastructures. Mr. Hamra holds a bachelor degree in Management Information System and is currently pursuing an MBA degree at Manchester Business School.
Daher El Mokdad
Division Manager (NDT & Assessment Works)
CTL Group Qatar
Eng. Daher manages all site and engineering works related to nondestructive testing, field instrumentation and integrity assessment for various RC structures. He has a total of 14 years of experience in this field backed up by a strong knowledge in concrete repair and strengthening. Prior to joining CTLGroup-Qatar, Eng. Daher worked as Operations Manager for 8 years at INSPECTECH and 4 years as business development at STRUCTURAL-KSA. During that period he oversaw execution and successful handing over of 100+ projects related to testing, assessment, monitoring & repair of various infrastructures.
